You have helped us construct an excellent facility at Macleod which will enable Open House to reach out and bring hope, friendship, support and positive activities to many marginalised and needy young people and adults in the community. You have done your work very well and very importantly you have joined in the spirit of the place and have given of yourself. I wanted also to let you know how happy I am with the way that the floors have tumed out and also to say that you have two very nice boys working with you. They were polite and well organised and always tumed up when they said that they would. They were respectful of the house and made sure that we were informed at all times of what was going on. I checked out your handiwork last Sunday and the floorboards look terrific. The repairs were also really well done - thank you. I was impressed that you managed to get the dents out - I have no idea how! I haven't received your invoice as yet, so I'm just checking that neither of us has overlooked something.
